Next up is committee member and captain of the Help for Heroes team at this year’s Charity All Stars in Sheffield, and former Solent Amazons star, Jessica Leslie.

Jess has been working tirelessly behind the scenes alongside the rest of the committee to help ensure we have a magical day and that the event runs smoothly.

Spartans family, let’s show our appreciation and say thank you to Jess for all of her hard work and dedication.

You’ll see Jess throughout the day, where she’ll be helping to run the activities and gladly taking your money for all the fun on offer!

Over the next week, we’ll be introducing some of the players taking part in this year’s Loftus Cup.

Starting with the man behind the bench – Player/Coach Mark Palmer.

Mark dedicates countless hours, both on and off the ice, to building this incredible team. Alongside his commitment to the Spartans, he is also a highly respected coach with the Solent Amazons.

We are incredibly lucky to have him as part of the Spartans family.

Mark also proudly represents Sophie’s Legacy and will be pulling on the jersey for the Barbarians at this year’s UK Charity Allstars event, supporting a fantastic cause close to many hearts.

He’ll be lacing up for Team Gold at this year’s Loftus Cup, and we can’t wait to see him in action.

**Special Player Announcement Loftus Cup**

Due to Denver having to pull out of Team Red, we are delighted to announce the addition of none other than Solent Devils’ Defenceman of the Year, Harry Cloutman, to Team Red.

With this change, Simon Lammond will move up front on Line 2 to replace Denver, while Harry will slot into the defensive position on Line 4.

We’re thrilled to welcome Harry to Team Red and look forward to seeing him hit the ice!
