💚Award Winning Limelight Musical Theatre begins its 2nd Year at Whitfield Community Centre, Glossop on Tuesday 8th September & Saturday 12th September with Free Taster Sessions for New Children, limited spaces available. (See attached flyer)

We reached our 18 year Anniversary in July 2026 & we are so proud that our ethics have never changed; to welcome all children regardless of experience and develop/teach the skills involved in performing in a Musical, through Drama, Dancing & Singing workshops.

So if your child has always wanted to be on the stage then Limelight is the place. One big happy family who look out for each other & support them.

Our next big production to take place at the fantastic Partington Theatre in February 2027 is to be announced soon and your child could be involved.
So if you have a child Year 7 up to age 18 who would like to come and have a free taster session on Saturday 6th September then book them in and join our happy Limelight Family 💚

All the Limelight team are here to support children with their anxieties & fears. Through musical theatre activities the confidence in each child grows, at their own pace. The team effectively coach children with their anxiety issues & understand that each child is different.

All the Team are DBS checked & have Safeguarding Certificates some also have qualifications in First Aid & Autism Awareness & Chaperone licences

Great Big Thank You to everyone who came to watch Limelight Musical Theatre Seniors this afternoon.
If you were there then you will know what I was talking about on my posts for this performance.
I am so proud of every single child that performed this afternoon to a FULL THEATRE & STANDING OVATION.

And as David announced afterwards what a way to end a brilliant weekend at Partington.

A special thanks to Zoe Bowers and all Partington Theatre for inviting us to perform on their stage.

PARTINGTON THEATRE TOMORROW 3.30PM - 4PM.
If you want to experience something truly amazing tomorrow PLEASE come and support Limelight Seniors. The Shining Stars & Flying Stars age from 10 - 18 years old deliver a performance that will blow your mind. I myself have cried twice just at rehearsals and am so proud of what they have achieved; it sends a shiver down my spine every time I hear their vocals. It would be a shame for anyone; adults & children if they missed this performance.
Please come along for a mind blowing performance that costs nothing.
If you want to make a donation that's great, there will be a Limelight box at the entrance BUT it is not necessary.

Limelight Musical Theatre are delighted to have been invited to perform at the fantastic Theatre for the Glossop Heritage Weekend.
Events will be happening within the theatre for the whole weekend. Entrance is free but donations will be greatly appreciated.

Come along and support your local theatre and see some of the kids from Limelight performing like you have never seen them before, taking on some very big songs.

Limelight Musical Theatre Summer Drama Camps, this is where our journey began and what the children produce in just a week has always been outstanding. We provide a safe and friendly environment where children can learn new talents, build on existing abilities and be treated as equals.

The Drama camps are a great place to build their confidence and make new friends and lots of fun.

Just £140 for the week.
Monday - Friday with dress rehearsal and show on the Saturday.
Less than a weeks childcare and definitely more fun.
