Metal for Ukraine!

Get ready with me for the Metal for Ukraine LED performance.

This was a great opportunity to perform for a crowd and raise some funds for charities that support Ukraine: Ukrainian Victory Campaign, Musicians Defend Ukraine Foundation, and Steel Wings Foundation.

I finally managed to build myself a practice dragon staff - most of the process is in this video but I won't lie, some bits got frustrating and so I 'forgot' to film them.
You’ll get the gist of it though! And for a first attempt, I think it looks pretty cool.

I've been trying to get some decent videos while out at fire club the past few weeks.

Here are a few of my clips, featuring a few variations of my Steve Reverse trick from Practice Makes Perfect part 4.

Keep an eye out for some dragon staff-related videos in the near future - I'm in the process of making a new one to practice with!

Practice Makes Perfect - Part 5
For Practice Makes Perfect Part 5, we've got a couple of my sessions in more stunning locations from my holiday in Tenerife.

Spot 1 is on top of (but far away from the edge of!) a cliff at the coast.

Spot 2 is in a secluded corner of Playa de la Pinta.

Follow for more practice sessions in less sunny places! I'll be needing to light a fire to keep warm soon.

Practice Makes Perfect - Part 4: The Steve Reverse

This time I'm changing it up a bit and focusing on one particular trick I've been trying to land.

I'm not sure if it's already got a name but as the first part is a Steve, and the second part is basically the same in reverse, I've been calling it the Steve Reverse.

After much practice, I think it's finally getting somewhere. What do you think?

I was finally able to get back out for a night doing some fire this week!

I've really missed it, there's nothing like the sound of the flame spinning round you.

I was even practicing when I was on holiday!

My practice staff is collapsible so it fit into the suitcase nae bother.

Some clips of me practicing at some absolutely beautiful spots (yes, I realise I said 'absolutely beautiful' twice, but they both were!)
