🌟6 days to go!!! Joimove's Women's Dance Ensemble proudly presents an inspiring performance "FEELINGS" featuring incredible dancers of all ages.

The Ensemble is made up of talented and passionate women who have come together to create a truly unique experience and raise funds for CRUK 🌺

🎭Prepare to be captivated by the grace, energy, and artistry on stage as we showcase a variety of dance styles that will fill your heart with joy!

From contemporary to belly dancing and ballet to salsa, our performance promises to ignite your passion for movement.

Amazing, inspiring women of our Joimove community 😍

Eveey week I meet hundreds of wonderful people in our classes and we have some fantastic news for you!

2 big parties coming up in April 21st and June 24th. Cosy, social and joyful "Day time night out" for us to come together and share 2 hours of music, dancing and fun 🤩

Women's Dance Ensemble has been making exciting milestones. We will be performing at University of Glasgow Queen Margaret Union Stage on Saturday, June 24th at 6.30pm. Tickets will be on sale at Eventbrite next week 🥳

I'm Selen. My biggest passion is: People! The fact that we are all uniquely interconnected has always fascinated me.

When Joimove came into my life as my second child, I had just given birth to my daughter and moved to Scotland. The expat life I built away from my family and friends, starting everything from scratch and the postpartum period were shaping together.

During this time, back in 2012, my Joimove workshops changed many lives, including mine! I was aware of how we were all starting to feel happier, and I was committed to making more people feel loved and less lonely!

Until then, I had different professions in many branches of the performing arts, especially as a professional ballet dancer, as an academician, choreographer, art director and ballet writer.

I have always kept the social responsibility projects at the center of my life. It has been a wonderful journey to support charities and organisations that work for people in need, and to share my expertise with as many communities as possible.

Joimove was born from the desire to multiply this joyful effect. It has been developed with a multidisciplinary, social and holistic approach that helps us to recover physically and emotionally, especially in the face of difficult events in our lives.

Today, from universities to hospitals, workplaces to schools, care homes to community centres Joimove continues to transform lives joyfully with amazing team of instructors and ambassadors.

I am delighted to be the mother of our Joimove! And this is my invitation to you to connect with me, with our team, to join our efforts to spread more joy around us, across the world!

JOIMOVE® INSTRUCTOR APPLICATIONS 2021

Come and join our ever-growing global community! Joimove is an international organisation that works to create a positive influence in the world by connecting individuals of all ages through dance.

Joimove instructor qualification is internationally recognised by the International Dance Council, UNESCO. It provides the perfect transition for any dance enthusiast or professional who wishes to become a dance instructor. Whatever your style, turn it into teaching! The qualification is available to anyone worldwide. Developed and delivered by international author, speaker, professional ballerina and academic, Selen Yilmaz. As a Joimove instructor, there are a range of opportunities available to you. You will be equipped with all the knowledge, expertise, and motivation you need to launch classes, workshops and flash mobs which positively embrace all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, and cultures.

You will learn how to lead effective and fun Joimove sessions using our joyfulness technique and 7-core dance styles: Ballet, Cha-Cha, Tango, Salsa, Bachata, Belly dance and Rock ‘n’ Roll.
