It's a part of a dance fitness class I've been going to for the past few weeks.

Trying to make my head feel better. Hope to feel semi normal again soon!

This looks like a good upcoming drama. 👀

Channel 5 is set to air Little Disasters, a gripping six-part psychological thriller starring Jo Joyner and Diane Kruger.

Based on Sarah Vaughan’s bestselling novel, the drama follows a close-knit group of friends whose lives are turned upside down when one of them brings her baby daughter to hospital with an unexplained injury.

At the centre of the story is Jess, a seemingly perfect mother, and her friend Liz, an A&E doctor played by Jo Joyner.

When Liz is forced to make a difficult decision that puts her friend's family under scrutiny, a chain of events begins that threatens to tear apart friendships built over a decade.

Originally released on Paramount+, the series also stars Shelley Conn, Emily Taaffe, JJ Feild and Ben Bailey Smith.

Packed with twists, secrets and emotional drama, Little Disasters arrives on Channel 5 on Sunday, 14 June and promises to keep viewers guessing until the very end.
