We finally have our name on the building and our Alice is pretty excited about it! 👋
If you’ve passed Burns Street Studios recently, you might have spotted our brand new exterior signage.
It’s been lovely watching the building develop over the past few years, so it feels good to finally have something outside that properly tells people who we are and makes us a little easier to find!
Even better, the signs have a nice Burns Street connection. The components were cut downstairs by Flux Laser & CNC Studio, then made and installed by one of Flux’s customers. A suitably collaborative way to create the new face of our creative building.
Behind the signs, Burns Street Studios is home to a growing community of artists, designers, makers and creative businesses. Our 170m² Main Hall also welcomes art exhibitions, theatre, dance and music rehearsals, performances, workshops, photography, filming and all sorts of other creative projects.
We’re continuing to invest in the building and develop the facilities, but this particular improvement is one you can actually see from the street!
