Romane Phenia are super excited with autumn finally being here! ✊ ❤ 🥰 🎉

we have women's wellbeing group fortnightly a safe and welcoming space for women to come together and connect, relax, de-stress from daily life and also have fun doing creative activities together creating a sisterhood.❤ ❤ ❤

we believe that mental health is extremely important and that women should have the time and space for themselves. women bring life into this world and take care of everyone without expecting anything in return many times.

over the next 3 months some of the activities could include

🎨*vase painting

*perfume making
*badminton/ other sport activities
*fun trips
*Theatre
👩‍🍳*healthy cooking class and much much more - whatever the group decides!

📆 The first women's wellbeing group starts on the 23rd of October and then every 2 weeks after that!

Come dine with me

👨‍🍳 Episode 2 – Jan Mitro & Peter Demeter’s Dinner! 🥖🍗🍓

A huge round of applause to Jan Mitro and Peter Demeter, who hosted and cooked a wonderful three-course feast for our group! 👨‍🍳🤝👏

✨ Starter: Beautiful antipasti with crusty fresh bread, cured ham, cherry tomato & mozzarella skewers with fresh basil 😍

🍗 Main: Tender chicken in creamy mushroom sauce, golden roasted potatoes and a fresh crisp salad 🥔🥗

🍓 Dessert: Delicious waffles topped with fresh strawberries, raspberries and drizzled with chocolate, the perfect sweet finish! 🧇😋

Everything looked absolutely incredible fantastic teamwork and so much care put into every dish! 🙌

💚 More than just a meal

It’s not just about great food it’s about cooking together, learning new skills, eating well, and looking after our physical and mental wellbeing. Most of all, it’s about friendship, laughter and building that strong sense of brotherhood across our community. 💪❤️

🍽️❤️ COME DINE WITH ME - ROMA MEN’S GROUP EDITION! ❤️🍽️

Our first two episodes of Come Dine With Me with our Men’s Group have been a fantastic way to bring everyone together through cooking, healthy eating, friendship and wellbeing! 👨‍🍳🤝

👨‍🍳 Episode 1 - David’s Dinner! 🍗🥗🍓

David got us started with an amazing selection of food! From seasoned chicken and fresh salads to creamy sauces, fish dishes with mashed potatoes, and delicious fruit desserts, David put a lot of effort into preparing meals for the group. Everything looked fantastic! 👏😋

💚 More than just a meal!

This project is about much more than cooking. It encourages our men to explore healthier eating habits, learn new cooking skills, build confidence in the kitchen and understand how good nutrition can support both physical health and mental wellbeing.

Preparing and sharing food also gives our men the opportunity to socialise, talk, laugh and build stronger friendships. Bringing men together from different backgrounds helps reduce isolation, strengthen community connections and develop the sense of brotherhood that makes our group so special. 💪❤️

A massive thank you to David for preparing all the delicious food featured in these photos and helping make our first episode a great success!

Our Come Dine With Me series is about enjoying good food, learning from one another and creating positive experiences together.

🙌 Healthy eating, healthier lifestyles, stronger friendships and better wellbeing - one meal at a time!

Thank you to GCVS Wellbeing fund for supporting the project!

The Young Catalyst team had the amazing opportunity to go into Holyrood Secondary and teach the pupils about Human Rights! ❤

This was the first time they went out and delivered a session themselves, making it a very special milestone in their journey. They shared their knowledge, raised awareness and encouraged young people to understand the importance of Human Rights. ✊

A huge thank you to Holyrood Secondary for welcoming us and a huge thank you to Eilidh Turnbull from Just Rights Scotland for helping to train the catalysts☺️
