Next Saturday: SKHM 1 Training ✨

A Beginner Level course in this fascinating energy healing system, open to anyone with at least Level 1 Reiki training.

The Seichim/SKHM energy has a strong connection to Egypt and increasingly people are drawn to its intensely transformative properties. Oona has been working with this energy since she first discovered energy healing in 2001, and has studied with several teachers with different approaches and experience of the Seichim/SKHM energy, including Patrick Zeigler, who is commonly considered to be the founder of the Seichim energy healing system (he now shares this energy as SKHM).

This course is designed to provide an initial connection to the energy, and to provide background information, theory and practical experience of Seichim, allowing you to use the energy for yourself, your family and friends. We will access the energy through an attunement process and also through guided visualisation, symbols and energy exercises designed to initiate and enhance connection.

Attending this course will allow you to:
• learn about the history of Reiki, and how it continues to evolve
• discover how to track your own energy and perceive other people's energetic fields
• master techniques to hold clear positive intention and focus
• experience meditations and exercises for channelling Reiki, protecting your own energy field, and grounding yourself
• receive two attunements over the course of the weekend, supporting your connection to Reiki
• enjoy a small group class with plenty of individual support, and flexible learning with time for questions
• leave confident and capable in giving Reiki to yourself, your family, and friends

Upcoming SKHM Level 1 Training, SHKM & Reiki Shares this month.

Reiki Shares Suitable for anyone with Reiki training at Level 1 or above. Timeslots: 10.15 - 12.15 or 14.30 - 16.30.
The Seichim/SKHM share session is in between the 2 Reiki Share sessions (12.45 - 14.15).  Participants are welcome to join for both a Reiki Share session and the Seichim/SKHM session (please book in for both).
