However, the wonderful Caitrin Aylward will be kicking off our next season in August! Thank you all for attending this year so far and supporting our rich community of musicians. Can't wait to have Neil Pearlman come to the tea shop tomorrow! Music starts at 7!

"Multi-instrumentalist, step dancer and host of the TradCafe podcast, Neil Pearlman is a vital and distinctive voice in contemporary traditional music. Described as “a tremendous pianist” on BBC Radio Scotland and “a force to be reckoned with” by WGBH’s Brian O’Donovan, Neil is best known for his groundbreaking approach to the piano in Celtic music."

Tonight we are joined in Tchai-Ovna by Sam MacAdam, an award winning harpist, violinist, and singer-songwriter from Glasgow. With a first class honours degree from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Sam’s work draws on both classical music along with traditional Scottish culture and contemporary innovation.

Recipient of the prestigious Paolo Nutini Scholarship for songwriting through the UWS where she is studying a masters in Songwriting. Sam uses pedal harp, viola, fiddle, vocals, and a loop pedal to create multi layered solo performances.
