Work In Progress 👁️

Started this XXL wall hanging last year after a period of not very much weaving and the size was pretty ambitious. It became a love/hate project incorporating the centre triangle and geometric design!

The colours, designs and shapes have all been changed along the way. Various green shades have been swapped in and out, rows and rows have been re-jigged and originally it had 3 triangles until I missed the 'free flowing' style of weaving and experimenting with textures 🥴

It's almost at the finishing stages now so pics to follow soon after the fringing is added in 🧶

Hellooo 🙋🏻‍♀️, I can't believe that it's been almost one year since I posted anything on here 😳... I lost interest in updating social media regularly and finding time to weave has been tricky - between finishing off a house renovation and working full time, i.e. back to 'normal' life, but I'm about to start a few new personal projects again over Summer to get things weaving again 🧶

A few weeks ago I received these photo's of this beautiful Shepherd's Hut ft. my first ever large weave! Thanks for sharing 😍🥰

First In Fringe weaving workshop today at Glasgow 🥳

Everyone had a broad selection of yarns and fibres to choose from, to experiment with colours, textures & materials and we incorporated 6 different weaving techniques in each wall hanging - which was a fab effort for a 3 hour class 💪🏻!

Every wall hanging turned out completely unique 😍
