Sing for Your Life!
… and your health, and for fun, and to meet like-minded people!

Thursday 7th November, 2.00 for 2.15-3.15pm St Bride’s Church, Hyndland Road

Led by Alan and Rebecca Tavener, this fun-singing session is FREE to all, requires no previous experience of music or singing, and is designed as a cheerful, relaxed get-together to enjoy the health benefits of singing. There'll be loads of easy, well-known songs, no pressure, and an opportunity for you to request and influence what happens in future sessions. If you are reading this, then you are very welcome to take part and bring your pals – the more the merrier! No need to bring anything with you. Refreshments will be available.

This is a new project in St Bride's, collaborating with Ca****la Nova Outreach. Alan and Rebecca bring decades of experience and research into the many ways singing can enhance health. Their 'Heath & Wellbeing through Song' programme has been running successfully in Glasgow city centre for many years. They can't wait to encourage more people in the West End to sing!

Feel free to make contact in advance…
Or, just turn up!

Pass it on...

People who need help with access, please let us know you’re coming and we’ll have the stair-lift ready.
