Good evening everyone

I trust you are all well.

Frome Art School will be running a Summer Holiday Art Club, 3 times a week starting on the 29th July and running throughout August.

Art Club times are 10.30am - 12pm and are £15 per child.

If you would like your child to come throughout the summer, then please book in blocks of 3.

We'll be doing a wide range of creative activities from block printing and clay making to cardboard model making and doodling on your own tote bag...plus other creative shenanigans!

Evening everyone!

It's been a while since we've posted anything on Instawhatsit (as Clara calls it)...but we've been busy making and creating.

Today we've been making all sorts of creative ideas by just using the basics... cardboard, tape and pen...we made laptops, armour, swords and a good old fashioned TV.

We'll be posting our other creative endeavours that we've done over the last few weeks in a few days.

This Saturdays workshop was a full house with Rachel getting the children to work with clay.

They created everything from a range of different tealight holders to snakes and lizards.

Last Wednesday .gundry introduced the children to felting.

Relaxed cyanotpye workshop for adults(ish) coming up! Print with light then turn your prints into gifts (optional) 🎨 no experience or 'creative skill' required.

Cyanotype is a simple alternative photography technique which produces a blue print using UV light. They are created using photo negatives, objects or see-through drawings.
art will guide you through creating your own prints over festive nibbles & hot drinks (BYOB welcome too).

£35 for each workshop or £60 for both. all materials included.

Good evening everyone!
We had a spooky half term workshop last Thursday, with the our very own Rachel from .

The children created sculptural spooky ghosts using modrock to create the flow of the ghost, finished off with a some painted details.

Fabric Block Printing
Friday 27th October
2pm - 4pm
All ages welcome
Recommended parental companion for children under 11
£20

Learn how to decorate your own clothes with hand-printed designs! Bring your own clothes to decorate with hand-carved stamps. There will be printing blocks available to use and a demo on block printing for those interested in learning carving techniques.

Cotton and natural fiber clothing works best for this process. Scraps of fabric will be available to test on.
