This is amazing! Please check out this map from Wyrd Wessex

Months of late nights, endless research, and deep dives into the strange corners of the globe... the Wyrd Map is finally live!

I’ve been working on this massive project to chart the world’s weirdest, most obscure, and fascinating history. I was hoping that mapping it all out in one place might start revealing hidden patterns—or maybe just prove the world is even weirder than we thought.

It’s almost complete (it’s not over, it’ll never be over!). Even better, each pin links directly to its matching episode on YouTube to aid your deep dives into the Wyrd.

You can explore all these distinct layers:
Listener stories
Ancient sites and earthworks
Paranormal and ghostly
Folk traditions and curiosities
Ufology
Magic, witches, and curses
Folk legends and mythic creatures
Cryptids
True crime

If you find it useful, interesting, or just want to spend an hour down a strange rabbit hole, please check it out. A ton of work has gone into building this, so if you’d like to support the map and help keep the show going, chucking us a donation (one time or monthly) via our Buy Me a Coffee link is massively appreciated!

Explore the map via the link in our bio!

Stay Wyrd!

We have had a fantastic storytelling weekend!

On Friday we were treated to stories (and even songs) of the Sea, from mermaids to fish and even boats carrying questionable cargo... Thank you to those who came to listen and thank you to those who came to share!

Then...

On Saturday we were at Fordingbridge Park Fest!
A great community event bringing lots of families and members of our Community together to enjoy a day out in the sunshine.

We hosted 3 storytelling sessions and had over 60 people listening under our marquee over the course of the day. Along with some games and crafts (as modelled in the picture!) We told traditional and enchanting tales and our fantastic final session was an open mic where we had 3 brave young people join us to tell a story! What a great experience!!!
..I'm absolutely exhausted (and slept most of Sunday) but have had a brilliant, creative and culturally affirming weekend!

Watch this space for more opportunities to get involved in community events...
