The first-ever UKVS Poetry Slam Challenge is here! 📜🖋️

From 18th May until 5th July, all secondary students are welcome to participate and get a chance to win next year's academic journal and a special certificate!

How to join:

• Create your own original poem with the theme: 'If I Could Change the World'.
•Record an audio or video clip of your spoken word of poetry.
•Send your recording to [email protected] with the subject line [Poetry Slam + Name]
•Submissions are open from 18th May to 5th June
•UKVS teachers will vote for their favourite under certain categories: Message/content, delivery, and originality.
•The poem that receives the most votes will be awarded a special certificate and 2026-2027 UKVS Journal!
