What a lovely evening!

We had a last minute change of plan with the weather being so hot and took our class down to the beach @ Hunmanby Gap! ☀️

We had a lovely stretch class in the sun listening to the waves - followed by a dip in the sea, plus an ice cream to cool off 🌊 🍦
We were even lucky enough to spot a glimpse of the minke whales going by🐋🐳

Such a lovely evening, thanks all for coming!

Come and join our classes this Thursday at Muston Village Hall

We have a great group of women & men of all different ages that come together to have fun, dance like nobody’s watching and to get fitter along the way!

Strictly Fit works the body and mind whilst building up a sweat! Led by a professional dancer & gold standard qualified instructor, this dance fitness class welcomes all levels and abilities!

Then it’s time to wind down and reset your mind afterwards with Sunset Stretch. A calming class focusing on reducing stress & relaxing the body whilst led through a sequence of stretches and balances.

We aim to keep our classes affordable at £5 per class or £8 for both!
