A recent study by researchers at the University of Leeds found that women aged 40-65 are turning to dance music events for major mental health benefits, emotional release and a sense of belonging.

✨ 66% described raving as a spiritual experience.
✨ Over 90% said they feel completely at home on the dancefloor.
✨ More than 80% have been part of the scene for over 20 years.

Turns out all those nights spent dancing 💃 smiling and losing yourself in the music weren't just good fun... they were good for the soul too.
