What happens when you create without limits?

We caught up with some of the artists who took part in Creative Tank 2026 to hear about their experience — from discovering new ways of moving to connecting, collaborating and learning from one another.

Creative Tank is a space for curiosity. A space to share, question, play and discover what can happen when different perspectives and practices come together.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with such generosity and openness 🫶

Video Description: Three dancers share their reflections on Creative Tank in a series of interviews. Their words are interspersed with footage of disabled and non-disabled dancers moving, learning and creating together in the studio.

We’re recruiting for an Assistant Producer, but have you ever wondered what a producer does?

At Stopgap, producers help make sure our work gets made and gets out into the world. They take new work from idea to delivery, and help make artistic visions possible.

As our Future Leaders Assistant Producer, you’d be right in the middle of it, supporting the coordination of the national and international tours of our productions RO-TES-រទេះ and Lived Fiction. You’d be mentored by our Executive Producer, Lucy Glover, and work closely with our Co-Artistic Directors.

To discover more about Future Leaders and the role, head to our website [link in comments!]

📅 Apply by 9th November, 10am

“Inclusive culture brings different people together. We celebrate our differences and we use them. We don’t hide them or pretend we are the same. We learn from each other and move forward together.” [Senior Dance Artist, Nadenh Poan]

Lived Fiction's cast of diverse performers invite you to experience dance from multiple perspectives - Nadenh's solo 'Unplugged' is set to the sounds of his wheelchair, breath and the production’s poetic audio description, experience it in person, 29 & 30 January at Sadler's Wells Rose Prize!

Creative captions projected on the black backdrop describe his movements - "Windmilling an arm, he tips sideways onto one wheel, balancing with one hand on the floor as he looks up at his other hand, fingers rubbing together as if seasoning the air." The blurred edges of the white text convey a sense of motion alongside Nadenh's dynamic performance.]
