An exciting new play which explores the tumultuous events of the last 400 years of Ireland's history and in particular as they pertain to counties Leitrim and Fermanagh. 'Turas is a revealing and enthralling journey in story, song and verse through a shared history which has shaped the cultural identity and personality and all Ireland's peoples. From the Plantation of Ireland in the 17th century,

to the rise of the Protestant Ascendancy, from the Great Famine, to the rebellions that have coursed through our history, Turas is bound to challenge our understanding of our shared past whilst at the same time entertain audiences of all ages.
