I've actually done more work on this so reposting it as I'm much happier with this final version.

Took around 60 hours in total, with a stonking 12hr render time and maxing out all 24GB VRAM 😅 but at least the rendering kept my flat warm. The usual disclaimer, this is not AI and I made this all myself.

New art, "Last Light". All made in Blender, composited with RapidRAW.

Took around 50 hours in total, with a stonking 12hr render time and maxing out all 24GB VRAM 😅 but at least the rendering kept my flat warm. The usual disclaimer, this is not AI and I made this all myself.

Was looking back through some of my old work and was pretty pleased to see the progression.

This is the result of many many many days spent obsessively tweaking values, texturing, breaking things and desperately trying to recover my files when Blender force quits. It's all a learning process I guess 🤷‍♂️

Here's a little something I've been working on today, playing with lighting and reflections. It's actually a remake of one of my older pieces, but I wanted to go more stylised / cinematic this time.
