We are delighted to welcome the amazing Staci Shaw to F-Bomb as Associate Producer 💖 Staci will be leading upcoming projects (we can't say too much yet but are SO excited) as well as supporting our administrative and strategic direction.
Staci is a working-class producer and theatremaker based in Edinburgh. Following her performing arts studies in Belfast she moved to Edinburgh completing her BA Hons Drama and Performance at QMU (2018) and later an MSc in International Festival and Event Management at Napier (2021). This year she was selected for the Cultural Business Development Programme with Curated Place.
Staci's work has included programming the theatre programme for Hidden Door Festival (2020 to 2022) and supporting Manipulate Festival (2025 & 2026). She directed critically acclaimed What the F**k Happened to Love and Hope? (EdFringe, 2024) and Katy Nixon’s SUM for 4PLAY (Traverse Theatre, 2023). As a producer Staci has produced The Halcyon Days for experimental theatre company Ghostbag at Hidden Door Festival (2025), co-produced (UN)Lovable: A work-in-progress performance for Not So Nice! (Traverse Theatre, 2026), 4PLAY’s award-winning Edinburgh Fringe production Colours Run (Summerhall, 2025) and three consecutive runs of their new writing event 4PLAY: 4 New Plays by 4 Scottish Playwrights at the Traverse Theatre (2023 to 2025).
Staci regularly works with emerging and working-class creatives with an aspiration to promote the work of marginalised artists. She continues to support emerging theatre makers acting as an advisor for EPAD. Her interests are in socio-political theatre responding to themes such as class, social mobility, mental health, feminism, and the environment.
