45 years on... the time has come to hang up our bells.

We've danced, we've laughed, we've made lasting friendships, but we've now taken the difficult decision to stop dancing as a Morris side.

A big thank you goes to all our fellow-dancers and musicians from across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and further afield - without you our pub evenings and weekends away just wouldn’t have been half as much fun!

But fear not, we’re still here, finding new ways as a group to keep active, and nothing would make us happier than to pass on our love of the Morris, the music and our dances. We know that the next generation of dancers is lurking out there somewhere, ready to catch the ‘bug’, so if you think Morris dancing could be for you, don’t hesitate to get in touch. 🦊

April is the time of year when we dust off our dance kit, polish our bells, publish our programme for the coming year and look forward to the sunny (well OK, sometimes cold and wet) spring and summer days ahead, dancing out at local pubs and outdoor events. Sadly, as we're all too painfully aware, the 2020 dance season is going to be anything but normal. None of us can say with any degree of certainty when we’re likely to be able to dance out again, but in the meantime we’re busy practising our steps and tunes at home, to the ‘amusement' of our neighbours!
