Hello, would it be ok to post this announcement on your page? Bees are dying, anyone would like to start a natural beekeeping network where you just take care of the bees without removing anything from them? I have closed down my honey farm because it was killing me to remove the honey from them. When I sale the last of the harvest I will still have my 152 daughter but not way to make an

income. I was thinking if anyone would be up for adopting a colony and spreading wildflower? I would really find proper carers for them than have to sale them to other farmer. In the meanwhile they are with me but caring for them to manage the swarms and protect them from disease is actually costing me money, like £200 every month on fuel plus my time. I'm trying to find a job here in the rural south is not easy. Bees can't survive on the wild because 1. the varroa mite kills them on 1-2 years so they need a treatment and 2. we have chopped the trees that used to be their nest 3. there is not wildflower enough for them to live on, even in the countryside where they belong....... what about city people adopted a country person, convince them to have bees and reconvert part of their land and neighbouring lands into wildflower to create a wildlife sanctuary? We could have groups of friends coming to the country side on a shared car over the week end to talk to country people and adopt together a hive and a garden. This way both country and city people get to know each other, to understand each other and respect each other , to be compassionate and empathetic of each others realities. The bees and many other animals will have a wildlife reserve as a result of this work. City people can enjoy camping and getting a real deep rapport with their countryside and country people starts to understand that they have the land wildlife requires. This is my project, I have closed down my business to make it happen because I believe there must be caring and enthusiastic people out there. I have loads of hope on people. Have I been too much of a dreamer? If you have any ideas on how to make this project work, just drop a line :)
