Very easy to do, especially with slightly bigger attachments.

If you are wondering about the tube it’s 2mm internal diameter silicone tubing and you can get it silly cheap from Amazon. Great to hold 3mm piercing balls if you struggle or like my your hands go stiff when it’s cold!
