Bluebell Arts Project Bluebell Arts Project BAP is a community Arts programme. The project facilitates arts activities depending on the needs of the target group.

The aim of BAP is to engage community groups and individuals in a wide range of arts activities, specifically designed to insure the participants achieve a sense of ownership, confidence and a means of fulfilling their true potential. For 10 years BAP has been supported by Arts Council N.I and has successfully engaged those marginalized and isolated within society; creating opportunities for commu

nities to work together in a safe, creative environment with those of differing religions, ages, cultural backgrounds and sexual orientation.
