Three Sounds , One Voice
Have you ever wondered why performers sound different in different musicals?
Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop exploring how musical theatre voices adapt across different styles and genres. From classic musicals to modern contemporary shows, we'll discover how vocal choices, storytelling and performance techniques change to suit the music.
Led by Musical Director Joanna Walling, this workshop is designed to help develop confidence, versatility and a deeper understanding of musical theatre performance.
Whether you're a seasoned performer or completely new to the stage, this promises to be a fun, supportive and practical evening of singing, learning and performance.

Thank you to everyone who came to the Charity Bingo last night and helped raise very welcome funds for DMTC. Many thanks also to The Strand Community Centre for hosting and for the refreshments.
Our next event will be on Tuesday evening 23rd June in Hamilton Hall and will be our second Singing Workshop for Adults . Details and booking info to be announced soon 🎭🎶

🎉 Charity Bingo Night for DMTC – This Friday, 5th June! 🎉
Looking for a fun and relaxing evening while supporting your local theatre group? Come and join us for DMTC's Bingo Night at The Strand Centre!
🕖 Doors Open: 7:00 PM
🎱 Eyes Down: 7:30 PM
💷 £10 per book (6 games included)
🎟️ Raffle prizes to be won!
Fundraising events like this are incredibly important to DMTC. They help us continue bringing high-quality productions and entertainment to our community, giving local performers opportunities and our audiences great shows to enjoy.
So why not gather your friends and enjoy a social evening of bingo ? Cash prizes so 18 years + to take part.
☕ Refreshments will be available from The Strand Centre for a small donation, or you can bring your own drinks and snacks. We'd love to see as many faces there as possible !

🎭 What a fantastic time we had at our Create Your Own Show workshop on Monday!
Everyone worked hard to create a “show within a show” and had so much fun bringing their ideas to life through their creativity and teamwork.
At the end of the workshop, parents and carers were invited to enjoy a special performance !
Well done everybody, and we hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did!

DMTC would like to thank everyone for all your kind words and comments following our NODA Award for Aladdin Jr. It is a joy to work with our talented young people and we look forward to more junior shows and events for our junior members in the future 🎭✨
