Today marks the anniversary of the first ever Davfest!

Done on a shoestring budget, coming out of covid, and on the Queen's jubilee we put on probably the biggest party the town has ever seen.

What started as a drunken idea to put on a music festival in our little town has grown beyond anything we could have imagined.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone that believed in us and backed us.

Our supporters, visitors, volunteers, performers, traders, and the wider community, and you the DavFest family, this little pi**ed up idea has become much bigger and better year on year.

As we reflect back on the past events we want to say a massive thank you to all our sponsors and people who have been with us since the start and the following years.

There are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes and there are a lot of people that keep us sane and on track! We appreciate you more than you know.

A special mention to some of our backers and sponsors who have all become our trusted friends and put in a lot of hard work in the background and behind the scenes to make the festival happen: Juice Sound Ltd, Junk Monkey, Everyone Loves Sausage, 5 Star Loos, KCI Complete Office Solutions, SinglePoint Calls Ltd, Chelton Brown - Premier Property Agents, Ticket247, and of course Daventry RFC.

Have you met Phil?

Phil has been working with us at LD Events Ltdince we began 5 years ago.

Having been part of the Davfest team since day one, Phil has played a key role in the event’s growth and continued success.

Behind the bucket hat and brightly coloured shirt is an experienced logistics manager. He has worked across some of the UK’s busiest and most prestigious events, most notably the British Grand Prix and MotoGP!

Phil is dedicated and highly dependable professional and is recognised for his meticulous approach to planning, organisation, and operational delivery.

As Scott’s right-hand man on event days, Phil oversees many of the operational elements while Scott is busy liaising with sponsors, crowd management teams, and security.

His calm and proactive approach helps ensure the smooth running of the event from start to finish.

We are one of the sponsors for a Adults Sports Day and School Disco - an event open to all, being held at the home of Davfest, Daventry RFC

Fancy putting a team together? £5 a head, you can have a full team or just rock up and we will find you some team mates. (Teams of 6-8 people)
