Why Unconditional Love Terrifies the Unawakened

An awakened person may experience love as presence and openness:
“I love you, but I don’t need to possess you or make you behave a certain way.”

For someone who is not yet comfortable with that kind of love, it can create anxiety. Unconditional love can feel unfamiliar, overwhelming, or even unsafe when we are used to love being connected to attachment, control, expectations, or the fear of losing someone.

Sometimes, it isn’t the love that creates the anxiety.
The love simply reveals the fears that were already within us.

Their separation was the experience of leaving inner wholeness and entering polarity.

Yet separation also began a journey of growth—through longing, self-discovery, healing, and remembrance, consciousness slowly moves back toward balance.

Adam and Eve can be seen as two expressions of one divine consciousness. Their union represented wholeness, while their separation opened the path from unconscious unity to conscious unity—from separation to awakening, from polarity to union, from two back to One.

Perhaps this was the first twin flame experience: The First Separation of the Divine Masculine & Divine Feminine - two expressions of one consciousness, separated through polarity, yet always carrying the remembrance of union. 🐍✨
