Calling all budding performers!

Are you looking for something to do in your spare time?
Are you recently retired?
Are you interested in singing as part of a group that entertains the often forgotten members of our communities?
Are you in and around the Barking Dagenham Romford areas?

Then look no further!

The Newberries Variety Group provide entertainment to care homes and assisted living complexes to enable those who may be unable to get out and see shows at theatres.

We are a group of people with a range of abilities that perform songs, some poems and stories and even a joke or two. We do all this in our spare time and on a voluntary basis.

We are based in Dagenham at the Eastbrook Community Centre, where we rehearse most Friday evenings. Due to bookings, we do not always attend rehearsals, so contacting us beforehand is always your best option.
