With the weather this week expecting to hit 39°c+, we just wanted to share some tips and advice to help beat the heat.

Check on those less able than yourself during these times and ensure they are well.

The sun will be out in full force this week, with temperatures set to reach over 30 degrees from Tuesday 23 June until Saturday 27 June.

Make sure to stay hydrated, and don't overheat. It's especially important to take extra care of older or vulnerable people, such as very young children, who may be more susceptible to the heat.
