Subrang Arts is a leading South Asian Arts organisation in South London (Croydon and Sutton). Established in 1989, its aim is to foster an appreciation of Indian Arts Arts and successfully deliver a range of artistic programmes which have created opportunities for individuals to develop creative skills through practical involvement in an exciting and supportive learning environment. We run a Schoo

l of Indian dance (Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Bollywood and Folk Styles) catering for all age groups. Through our links with arts organisations, venues and other creative professionals we have developed strong dynamic relationships and have ‘collaboration’ at the heart of each project. Highlights of our work have been dance dramas like 'Janak Dulari Sita' ; 'Meera' ; 'Dances of India' all of which have toured nationally to prestigious venues. Heritage projects like 'Ancient Indian Civilisation and Vivekananda' ; 'Indian String and Dance Festival' ; 'Sitar Festival'

We also undertake 'Healthy Eating Cooking Workshops'
