A Celebration of Garba, Craft and Heritage! ✨💃

The rhythm of “Aabh Ne Jarukhe Maadi Taro Divdo” brought the spirit of Garba to life at the launch of Crafts of Garba, presented by Subrang Arts at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, London, in September 2026.

This vibrant dance performance marked the beginning of a special exhibition celebrating the crafts, textiles and artistic traditions associated with Garba, one of Gujarat’s most beloved cultural celebrations.

The launch was the culmination of a year-long project bringing together local communities and artisans, with their creativity and craftsmanship showcased through the exhibition.

A heartfelt celebration of living heritage, community and the traditions that continue to bring people together through dance and craft. ❤️

🌼 Little feet, big smiles, and a beautiful connection to our roots! 💃✨

Our Kids Garba was a wonderful success, bringing children and families together to celebrate the joy of Gujarati music, dance and tradition.

At Subrang Arts, we believe cultural awareness grows through taking part. By creating welcoming, fun opportunities to experience Garba, we help the next generation discover their heritage, build confidence and feel a sense of belonging—carrying our living traditions forward, one joyful step at a time. ❤️

Team Subrang brought a touch of creativity to Croydon Harvest Festival this weekend with our seed mandala—a celebration of nature’s colours, textures and abundance. 💛

There’s something special about coming together to create, watching a pattern grow seed by seed and enjoying the conversations along the way. Celebrating the harvest, connecting through art and finding beauty in the simplest things.
