In the BBC Sounds podcast "What’s Up Docs?", doctors and identical twins Chris and Xand van Tulleken tune in to the ideas shaping our health and wellbeing.

In this episode, they turn their attention to the voice, with voice specialist and speech and language therapist, Lydia Hart. They explore where our voice comes from, why we all sound so different, how much can we change our voice, and what we should be doing to take care of our voices. Listen here: Caring for our voices. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002v9dk

It also was shared on the old radio schools music programme Singing Together many decades ago so has had a varied journey into community music repertoire.

I hope to bring someone to discuss first people's heritage music and song traditions later in the year. Online session, affordable.
