Croydon WordFest 2015 Croydon WordFest is back for another year! Starting June–October 2015. They also get the chance to work toward a nationally recognised certificate in the arts.

A team of vibrant and talented young producers aged 11-19 will once again programme arts events and performances in Croydon Libraries. Whether you’re into drama, dance, film, spoken word, poetry or music, our young producers will work wit

The 10 WordFest young producers successfully gained an arts award yesterday. 4 bronze level, 5 silver and 1 gold. In the process they showcased their skills of running events, hosting open mics, choreography skills, writing, poetry and even origami!

The mic is still open for young people to come to Thornton Heath library tomorrow 5-6.30pm and showcase your skills in poetry, singing, rapping, story telling or whatever your thing is!
