WE’RE HIRING: Communications & Marketing Trustee!

Are you a TikTok pro, Insta guru, Mailchimp wizard, or marketing strategist (or willing to learn) who wants to give back to South London’s LGBTQIA+ community, this one could be for you.

We’re looking for a creative, passionate storyteller to join our Board and lead our external voice!

The Details:
Commitment: Approx. 3 hours per week (flexible/remote, with higher intensity in the run-up to the summer festival).
The Role: Shape our digital strategy, create inclusive multimedia content, and run major campaigns for our flagship festival and year-round events.

Croydon Pride is committed to diversity. We particularly welcome applications from women, Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic individuals, trans and non-binary people, and those with disabilities, who are currently underrepresented on our board.

We value lived experience and a passion for inclusivity just as much as professional backgrounds. Ready to make a real impact?

What a day at Croydon Pride 2026! From the hundreds of you marching through our town centre to the incredible energy at BOXPARK, we are still buzzing from all the love and solidarity shared this year.

A massive thank you to everyone who marched, demonstrated, celebrated, and made this day so unforgettable. Whether you were behind the scenes, volunteering, on stage, or in the crowd, this day belonged to all of you.

Pride is so much more than a single day, it can a lifeline, a safe space, a joyous celebration, and a vital act of visibility for our community.

As a small, volunteer-led charity, pulling off an event of this scale is no small feat. This year, we welcomed thousands of attendees who came together to march, dance, and stand in solidarity right in the heart of Croydon. But the honest truth is: we simply couldn’t do it without the backing of incredible partners who truly believe in our mission.

We want to send a massive, heartfelt thank you to Superdrug for stepping up as the headline sponsor for Croydon Pride 2026.

Because of Superdrug’s generous support, we are able to keep Croydon Pride entirely free and accessible to all, ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of someone finding their community, celebrating who they are, and feeling safe and seen.

Pure joy, power, and community!

A HUGE thank you to every single person who showed up, marched, demonstrated, and celebrated with us for the Croydon Pride Parade!

While the route was a little shorter this year, seeing nearly a thousand people marching so visibly through our town centre in solidarity was truly heartwarming.

A massive shoutout to our incredible parade team and partners:
Croydon Council – for their brilliant support and partnership in helping bring our parade to life!

Pengenista Drummers – for providing the most energetic soundtrack to our march!

Think Events Management – for the slick, seamless, and safe management of the parade.

Croydon Police & London Fire Brigade – for all their vital support in planning and managing the route.

First Tram Operations – our fantastic parade sponsors, whose support ensured we could cover the costs of putting on this vibrant, visible display for Croydon.

Our wonderful volunteers who gave up their time to support the parade route and marches.

Pride is always a celebration and a protest, and you all brought the spirit in full force!

Croydon Pride 2026, what a day!

From the parade, the community stalls, to the final song at BOXPARK Croydon, you brought the energy, the love, and the spirit of Pride in full force.

To our incredible performers and fabulous hosts, to every single food and drink vendor, and to the amazing community stalls that filled the venue with colour and purpose, thank you.
