Yes, we are saying the 'C' word already! But that's because we are holding auditions for our upcoming CODA Christmas cabaret on 29th September from 7:30pm at St Paul's URC.

Building on the success of our last two summer cabarets, this show will bring the best of Broadway and West End musical Christmas magic to Selsdon Hall.

Following a successful set of auditions, we are pleased to announce our Spitfire Girl's cast.

We have one part remaining to cast - the role of Frank.

Frank is described as a male of 45 years old plus. He is a regular in the pub where a lot of the action takes place in. He is a very intuitive character and understands our main character’s mind and motivations.

- NEW SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT -

We are very pleased to announce CODA’s autumn production as the heart-warming play and inspiring true story of the Spitfire Girls by Katherine Senior.

Set on New Year’s Eve 1959, two women separated by the war meet again a decade after answering the call. As they share their story, the setting shifts back to a time when female pioneers defied expectations and soared through the skies.

Having debuted in 2025, the show tells the extraordinary true stories of the women who dared to fly during WWII and the incredible bond that tied them together. Funny and endearing, it is a story of strength, courage and loss. But above all else, hope.

Directed by Peter Bramwell, the show will take place at Selsdon Hall on 26th-29th November.

A meet and greet event will take place with the director on Monday 27th July from 7:30pm at St Paul’s United Reform Church, South Croydon and auditions on 10th August at the same venue.

Congratulations to Alison Lee and Carys Surbey who collected their district winner certificates for their performances in our 2025 production of Agatha Christie’s Spider’s Web.

Alison was the recipient of the Harvey Kesselman Comedy Award for best comedic performance in a play or musical and Carys received the Sybil Conway Award for best female character in a play.
