🎓💗 IT’S IZZY’S LAST DAY! 💗🎓
After 2 years at Playworld, today we’re saying goodbye to our lovely Izzy… and sending her off into the big wide world! 🥹
And what a two years it’s been…
🎂 She’s hosted hundreds of birthday parties
🎈 Sung Happy Birthday more times than any human reasonably should
🍕 Delivered mountains of party food
🧒 Survived excited children, school holidays and VERY busy weekends
😂 And somehow managed to do it all while studying for her A Levels!
And she didn’t just pass them… she absolutely SMASHED them! 🌟👏
After studying Law, Politics & Sociology, Izzy is now swapping Playworld parties for London life as she heads off to Queen Mary University of London to study LAW! ⚖️🎓
So if anyone has ever wondered what hundreds of children's parties prepare you for… apparently it’s a career in law. 😂⚖️
In all seriousness, Izzy has been such a lovely part of our little Playworld family for the last two years. We’ve watched her work incredibly hard, grow in confidence and achieve something she should be really proud of.
We’re going to miss you loads, Izzy. 💗
Although after two years of Playworld, we reckon London and a law degree should be a breeze! 😂
Go smash it, Izzy! We’re all so proud of you. 🎓⚖️💗💙💚

Could you bring the energy to someone's big day?
We're looking for one more brilliant person to join our Playworld team, mainly working weekends and parties.
Applicants must be aged 16 or over.
This could be a perfect first job. You don't need loads of experience and we don't expect you to know everything from day one.
What we do need is someone who cares.
Someone who can smile and chat to customers, get stuck in when we're busy, notice what needs doing and help make a child's birthday feel really special.
What you'll be doing
You'll help us:
Welcome birthday children and their families
Set up and host parties
Serve party food and help with the all-important cake moment 🎂
Clear, clean and reset party rooms
Help around Playworld when parties aren't running
Keep everything clean, safe and looking great
Give families the friendly Playworld experience we want them to remember
Who we're looking for
You don't need previous experience. We're much more interested in you.
You'll need to be:
Friendly 😊
Confident enough to talk to customers
Reliable and punctual
Happy to get stuck in
Able to work as part of a team
Willing to learn
Available to work weekends
And perhaps most importantly...
You need to bring your smile!
We can teach you how to host a Playworld party.
We can show you how everything works.
But we need you to bring the enthusiasm, kindness and willingness to help.
We don't expect you to know everything on day one.
We do expect you to care from day one.
