Our enjoyment of the GPF (Giant Proof Fence) will have to wait, Cliff has been struck down with a foul lurgy and so sadly the two performances of 'In the time of GIANTS' this weekend will have to be postponed.

New dates once he has recovered - for now, our Travelling Talesman has been ordered to bed with a hot toddy and a good book. Get well soon Cliff!

Jez here - booking pixie, factotum, and occasional chaos wrangler to our favourite roving storyteller.

Today’s mission: the making of three Giant-Repelling Amulets (GRAs) for installation along the Giant Proof Fence (GPF).

As any sensible folklorist knows, these additions greatly enhance a barrier’s efficacy - and we’d rather not have The Travelling Talesman become a mid-tour snack.

The dog remains unconvinced by the process but admirably watchful.

If you’d like to craft an amulet of your own to help in the noble aim of protecting our lad on his travels, please send us a message for the postal address. Cliff will gladly cover postage - just get yours sent by 21 October so it reaches him in time for the tour!
