Looking forward to our next demo on Saturday 11th April -
'Putting the colour into watercolour portraits' –
with professional artist Rob Perry.

The demo is at Dramatize Community Hall
(formerly known as The Vyne), Broadway, Knaphill GU21 2SP.
Starts 2.20pm - finish at 4.30pm.
Admission fee £2 for members, £6 for visitors,
payable at the door.

Episode 3 of Portrait Artist of the Year 2024 (Series 11),
aired on Sky Arts.

The smallest bird became the King of them all

In Norway, the Goldcrest is called Fuglekonge —
the King of the Birds.

This old fable reminds me that cleverness, patience,
and quiet courage can take you higher than strength alone.
