We want you to don your wigs, get glam and join the performance on October 25th for our Cher the News event!

We need more Cher’s to join us to be part of this incredible event, so we’re here to cher some of the do’s and dont’s to getting involved in our event.

Here’s what you need to know:
💗You DON’T need to be a professional performer – just someone who will get involved, have fun and enjoy being part of this event
💚You DO need to be ready to wear a wig or headdress and learn some dance moves (even if you have no rhythm, we want you!)
💗You DON’T need to contribute any money, we’ll provide everything you need!
💚You DO need to come to as many rehearsals as possible – there’s only a few to attend but we understand not every date is possible for everyone

If there’s anything else you want to know before signing up to be Cher for the day, or if you KNOW you want to be Cher for a day and can’t wait to be part of it… DM us!📨

Can you BELIEVE?!

We’re very much Cher-xited to be on the radio (BBC Coventry & Warwickshire) in the morning between 8:30-9:00am to invite you to be a Cher.

Do not worry Lorna Bailey (AKA Cherna Bailey) - we have a wig in our bag already packed PLUS some sequins.

Tune in from 08:30 on Thursday 8th Oct to BBCher Coventry and Warwickshire radio!!

Who recognises this iconic venue in Coventry?

That’s right… Cher the News has a new location this year, taking place at West Orchards Shopping Centre in the heart of the city centre!

Here’s a little sketch of what we’re planning on doing with the space, we think its going to look CHERMAZING! Thanks to Abby Clarke for mocking this up for us 🥰

If you’d like to be part of it, don’t forget to sign up to be one of many Cher’s for the day😍

🩵🚨 CANNOT BELIEVE WE MADE THIS HAPPEN!!!! 🚨🩵

Some of the CCFCher players went and got dressed up in Cher outfits for this very special photo-shoot. ⚽️👠✨ Like them - you could spend this month as CHER. 💃🏻

It’s silly. 🤪
It’s completely free. 🆓
It’s a chance to push yourself out of your comfort zones. 💪✨
It’s a chance to dress up (with our costumers support to make you feel ridiculously fabulous). 👗🕶️💄
It’s just two rehearsals and a show day with a full company around you for support. 🩵

Be a part of it. 🙌
Be Cher. 💃🏻 (bio link - right at the top of our linktree)

🩵⚽️ CHER BLUE ARMY!!! ⚽️🩵
