Important announcement:- Due to a recent alledged accident at another groups Northern Soul Charity event, due allegedly to talc powder been on the dancefloor, even though Public Liability Insurance will resolve it, if required, it appears very likely due to the restrictions now been considered by Town Council ( The Assets commitee ) that no further Northern Soul events will happen at Congleton Town Hall. We feel that the Council are been rediculous and means loss of vital monies to local charities as well as loss of income for the Town Hall and commercial partner who runs the very busy bars on the night - we have written to the council and awaiting a response, please support us by approaching the council with your view on the matter ;
