Twenty years ago, Lee was just a hopeful unknown, who went on to beat 10,000 competitors and dazzle Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber on BBC's 'Any Dream Will Do’.

In the two decades since, Lee’s established himself as Britain’s leading man. And now it’s time to tell his own story.

To mark this milestone anniversary he will tour the country in a new solo show sharing the songs and stories of his stellar 20-year career and we are honoured to be the first venue.

📢A quick announcement for anyone visiting us over the next week.

The cycle path and foot path between Oliver's Crossing on Belvoir Road and our main site entrance will be closed from Monday 17 August.

The Grounds Cafe Snibston, our box office and park remain open and visitors can continue to get to us via Ashby Road.

With the warm weather, we anticipate the closure will be in place until Tuesday 25 August but keep checking social media on Leicestershire Country Parks and Snibston Colliery Park for the latest.

⚠️ Path closure from 17 August ⛔

Essential works will be taking place at the Engineering Workshop in our park from Monday 17 August 🛠️.

The works on the brickwork structure will mean that that the cycle and footpath will be temporarily closed for safety reasons.

We’re asking visitors to bear with us while to work takes place and follow on-site signs to access the diverted route ➡️

With the hot weather still in full force, we anticipate the work will be completed by Tuesday 25 August.

Visitors to the Grounds Cafe Snibston, park, The Century Theatre or studio will still be able to access Snibston Colliery Park from the main entrance on Ashby Road (pictured below).
