I am so excited to finally share this 💖

Art Flow is a little pocket of time to step away from the everyday, slow down and reconnect with your creative, intuitive self. There’s no pressure to create something perfect here, just space to play, paint and see what wants to flow ✨

We’ll begin by settling into the space with a little meditation and setting an intention, surrounded by seasonal magic, folklore and a sprinkling of crystals🔮🌿🍂

Then it’s time to paint…

✨ Choose from beautiful outlines ready to paint
✨ Or let your intuition take over with blank watercolour paper
✨ Add words, intentions and little pieces of yourself to your artwork
✨ Enjoy tea, biscuits and a cosy, welcoming circle of creativity

No experience needed. No rules. No pressure. Just you, a paintbrush and a little bit of magic 💫

We’ll be gathering in Cirencester, Faringdon and Quenington this September, and I’m just waiting to confirm the Cirencester location. 🤞✨

I cannot wait to sit in circle, paint, chat, create and see what magic unfolds 💖🎨🔮

Where a tiny mushroom growing amongst the grass can make us pause.

Where we follow a feeling just because it feels good.
Where we make things because we’re curious.
Where we notice the moon, collect feathers, wander without needing a reason and leave a little room for magic.

A world with more awe, wonder and enchantment.

There’s nothing quite like finding yourself through art and discovering your flow.

I can’t believe Art Flow starts again next week! Summer has flown by.

The tea will be brewing, the crystals will be laid out and the meditation will be ready for your return.

This term, we’ll explore creativity, colour and flow, with a little seasonal folklore and magic sprinkled in too ✨🍂

You don’t need any art experience. I’ll offer tips and inspiration, or you can follow your own creative path. There’s no pressure and no right or wrong way to create.

Just you, a little creativity, a little magic and the space to find your flow 🤍

To notice the first whispers of a changing season. The way the light falls differently. The colours beginning to shift. The tiny treasures nature leaves in your path.

Because enchantment isn’t always found in faraway places or extraordinary moments.

Sometimes it’s right there on your daily walk.

A beautiful leaf. A wildflower growing where nobody planted it. A mysterious doorway. A sky that makes you stop in your tracks.

These are the glimmers.

Little moments of wonder reminding us to pause, breathe and reconnect with the magic of being alive.
