The other day I was sent a set of premium pigments from RAW to try out — a brand I hadn’t worked with before.
I went into it without any particular expectations, but my first impression was genuinely very positive. The consistency feels great, the coverage is solid, and the colours blend really well both with each other and with pigments from other brands.
I used this set in the piece I’m posting here, and I also used it for my work at the Manchester Tattoo Convention, mixing some of the RAW colours with the main pigments I normally work with. So you can judge the results for yourself.
Just to be clear, this isn’t a paid promotion and nobody paid me to say any of this. I’m simply sharing my experience with a product I was genuinely interested in testing.
I’ll definitely keep using these pigments and see how they perform across different projects and, most importantly, how they look once fully healed.
