A big day for our future dance leaders! ๐Ÿงก

Yesterday our JCITs took part in their training day, learning the skills that help make them fantastic both in and out of the classroom. From leading warm-ups and supporting younger students to developing confidence, teamwork and communication, every session helps them grow.

Being a JCIT is about so much more than dancing. Itโ€™s about setting a positive example, encouraging others and becoming someone younger dancers can look up to.

We love watching them step outside their comfort zones, challenge themselves and flourish into confident young leaders. We couldnโ€™t be prouder of everything they achieve! ๐Ÿงก
