I’ve been hearing some very disturbing rumours… 👀💚

Apparently, the South Coast has been far too cheerful since I left. Chichester, Bognor, Selsey, East and West Wittering… smiling faces, Christmas lights, festive songs… honestly, it’s enough to make a Grinch feel queasy.

So now I’m faced with a very important decision…

Should I return this Christmas to spread a little misery, steal a few smiles, grumble about tinsel, and remind everyone that sprouts should never have existed? 😏🎄

Or should I stay on Mount Crumpit and let you all enjoy Christmas in peace?

Yes, I'm still breathing.

Yes, I'm still snarling.

And yes... those blasted Whos are still playing Christmas music, even though we're halfway through the year. Honestly, have they no shame?

I've still got my beady little eyes firmly fixed on Chichester and the surrounding areas, and I hear the weather has been absolutely miserable lately.

Excellent.

My naked rain dance clearly worked. 🌧️😏

The grey skies, the endless drizzle, the soggy gardens... it's everything a Grinch could wish for. I've never been prouder.

And as for you pesky farmers...

👀 I'm watching you.

I know what you're planning.

All those shiny tractors lined up, spreading smiles and festive cheer. Disgusting.

Just know that at any moment I may appear out of nowhere to cause a little mischief and attempt to ruin your precious tractor parade. No promises, but it's certainly on my to-do list.

For now, I'll retreat back to my cave, sharpen my grumpy attitude, and continue keeping a close eye on all of you.

Try not to have too much fun while I'm gone.

That’s it… sack packed, patience gone, and I’m slinking back to my cave for an 11-month hibernation.
