🎉 ONE YEAR OF DISTRICT KCL 🎉
Today marks one year since we officially collected the keys to District KCL.
What started as an empty unit with a vision has become a venue filled with laughter, celebrations, milestones and memories. ❤️
Over the last 12 months we’ve welcomed everything from 1st birthdays, children’s parties, 18ths, 30ths, 40ths, 50ths, networking events, community gatherings, private celebrations and charity initiatives, right through to our sold-out Sizzle & Sway Burlesque Nights and countless special moments in between.
We’ve watched guests celebrate engagements, anniversaries, new arrivals, career successes and birthdays they’ll never forget. We’ve hosted local businesses, networking groups and created a space where the community can come together on our beautiful waterfront.
It’s been a year of challenges, long days, late nights, hard work and more paint, flooring, furniture and DIY than I ever thought possible! But seeing the venue come to life and watching people make memories here has made every moment worthwhile.
A huge thank you to everyone who has booked the venue, attended an event, recommended us, supported us on social media, and believed in what we were trying to create. Special thanks to our suppliers, entertainers, partners, friends and family who have all played a part in our journey.
From collecting the keys to achieving our 5-Star Food Hygiene Rating, launching new events and becoming home to so many celebrations, we’re incredibly proud of what has been achieved in just 12 months.
Here’s to the next chapter, more memories, more celebrations and making District KCL the place where special moments happen.
