🎅✨ THE MISSING SUIT - CHRISTMAS ESCAPE ROOM BOOKINGS NOW OPEN ✨🎅

It’s almost Christmas and the Elves have been very busy preparing for the Big Day. All except one naughty Elf, Rudy. Cross because he was given stable duty (and Rudolph has eaten a LOT of carrots) he has hidden Santa’s suit in Hedingham Castle; one of the many Present Preparation Station’s that are secretly hidden all over the world.

Head Elf Tinsel has asked some of the children and grown ups on her Nice List to help solve the clues Rudy has left, find Santa’s Magical Suit and save Christmas!

Recommended for ages 6+ Younger children welcome if attending in a family group.

Suitable for 2-6 Players (Up to 8 players if 2 or more are children)

🧐 GAMES MASTERS WANTED! 👀

Are you looking for something out of the ordinary? We are recruiting Games Masters! A fantastic opportunity to work in one of the most unique escape room locations in the country - INSIDE Hedingham Castle!

We are on the hunt for talented, enthusiastic people to join our friendly team. Games Masters must have impeccable people skills, a passion for customer service and the ability to unlock excitement. You do not need any prior experience as full training will be given.

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU DO
• Engage with customers before they step into the room, delivering the pre-game briefing
• Provide help to the players inside the room with subtle and timely clues if needed
• Once they’ve escaped (or failed to escape!) finish their experience with a personalised debrief
• Maintenance and upkeep of the games rooms and venue including cleaning

STRENGTHS – HOW YOU DO IT
• Keep a cool head - you’re always working against the clock but excellent service is always key
• Rapport - easily connect with customers and engage with them about the experience
• Fun - let’s face it, escape rooms are fun so our workplace should reflect that.
