Thank you to everyone who came and visited our ⚒🔥⚒ stand at .horizons Traditional Crafts & Tales celebration!
It was so wonderful to be able share our craft with so many folk! ⚒🔥⚒ The nails and hooks you all created were fantastic! Our youngest budding blacksmith was Luka aged 5 and 3/4!

Productive weekend in the Forge! ⚒🔥⚒ and Mel joined us for a day course and under the watchful eye of John created some masterpieces! Dave went away with a candle holder, fire pit poker and 3 nails and Mel rustled up a brilliant companion set for her wood burner at home!

Martin’s son bought one of John’s anvils from Bespokers Forge as a gift to help him get Martin’s own hobby forge up running at home, complete with a day course to get some skills under his belt! ⚒🔥⚒
What a thoughtful gift!? ❤️
We covered tapering, splitting, twisting, punching and forge welding ✨ as well as how best to set up your forge and essential equipment, fuelled by a delicious lunch at YEW TREE BARN . We had a blast getting to know Martin and wish him the very best for his crafty retirement!

Damp, chilly conditions make for a bit of 🧙🏼‍♀️🌪🧙🏻‍♂️action in the morning! We are open until Friday 21st Dec to grab your Christmas gifts 🎁 then not again until the New Year, time to down tools and pick up the mince pies!
