It’s that time again. Dundee Fringe is almost here and boy do they have a festival of theatre for our community. There’s absolutely loads of stuff going on and of course my new show ‘Poppy’s Big Bubble Show’. I’ll be popping up in the Little theatre this time with bigger bubbles, more tricks and even some super special new kit. Pop along for a bubbletastic time. 🥰🫧🫧

I was off blowing bubbles for bears and lar gibbons, otters and meerkats, oh and the kids yesterday at Camperdown Wildlife Centre. It was also smallest bubbles 13th birthday so a fabulous day was had by all. Maja the bear clearly remembered me as she came running when I went to blow bubbles by her enclosure. 🥰🐻 this made me extremely happy. The kids were awesome too but how often do you get to blow bubbles for bears? Unless you’re me as I have an open invitation apparently which I fear I will take full advantage of. I hope everyone had a great weekend and keep your eyes peeled for Dundee Fringe news coming later today. Exciting times.

I was away bubbling for the birthday celebrations for the Tay Road Bridge today. I had a good crowd of kids but these two seagulls just couldn’t stop snapping at the bubbles. 😂 they made my day which is not something I thought I would ever say about seagulls.

Throwback to Edfringe 2019 when Bertie Bubbles and I opened approx 3 million bubble tubs so that our audience could blow bubbles in the show. 😂Double Bubble Trouble enjoyed a sell out run, great reviews and we got to put Nish Kumar in a bubble on the BBC.

It was an awesome experience and so much fun but also lots of hard work. Nowadays I’m pouring all of that energy into our home grown Dundee Fringe which is an absolute joy to be a part of, with much less walking 😂 I hope to see lots of you popping along to see some shows this September . Loads of details to come in the next few weeks.

Yesterday I took delivery of something very exciting.
