I love this season and if you're like me collecting all the beautiful leaves as they turn from lush greens into deep reds and oranges!

Finally I've found a way to capture that crimson red to use all year round! It was really amazing to see all the different colours you can make from the same batch ✨️

I can't wait to forage and make more of this over the autumn months. Let's see what other colours we can capture!

A mindful craft thats been practiced for centuries accross many different cultures!

You will learn how to incorporate colour therapy and even set your own intentions which has been proven to improve your mental health and reduce stress along the way.

Its such a wonderful time of year, so many beautiful colours and smells on the mountain 🌿 How lucky are we to live on such an abundant planet.

Todays haul will be turned into some beautiful little nature bundles ready for christmas ❤️
