THANK YOU ALL 🙏🏻

💥 We’re just back from two sold-out shows in LEEK and MAIDSTONE, and we genuinely can’t thank you enough. With football, BBQs, pub gardens, hot tubs and everything else competing for attention, you still turned out in force and packed both venues.
Believe us, that support matters more than ever. Venue costs keep rising — as does everything else, something we know you’re all too aware of — and we’ve already lost far too many grassroots venues recently 😔. We’ve also seen fellow tribute acts having to cancel shows due to poor ticket sales. Our hearts go out to them. We feel incredibly lucky that Thin Lizzy supporters continue to get behind us in such numbers, meaning we haven’t had to face that difficult decision.

🌞 Practising what we preach, we spent our weekend off supporting live music at Birdwell Venue, watching the excellent Quo Connection, complete with a guest appearance from Quo’s own Jeff Rich 🥁. Great band, great night. Catch them if you can. And who knows… maybe another Quo/Lizzy show could happen? Let us know!

🔈 We’d also like to apologise for any recent tech issues or slight changes to running times. We’ve been carrying out a major production overhaul — upgrading sound software, servicing our mighty backdrop and tightening up the whole production. We hope it didn’t affect your enjoyment. Your loyalty, understanding and feedback mean a great deal to us, especially from those who’ve been with us since the early days. You know who you are 🙏🏻

With big shows coming up at CHEESE & GRAIN (Frome), O2 ACADEMY ISLINGTON (London), THE ROBIN (Bilston), THE HAIRY DOG (Derby) and beyond, we’d really appreciate it if you could grab tickets in advance where possible.
Wayne & Greg can no longer accept side-hustle cash bribes for sold-out shows, as we’re now fully VAT-registered and respectable.

TOON IN!!

📰 News just in that our Geordie pal Paul Guerin has moved across the pond to Texas!

🎸 As you may already know, Paul toured and recorded in Brian Robertson's solo band 'The Clan' with our Wayne! Great days, and after the Clan's European Tour Paul even stepped in on guitar with LL to cover some UK shows. Outside of the Clan, Paul has an absolutely bulging rock 'n' roll CV having been a long term member of the Quireboys, working with Michael Schenker, and also as sideman to Def Leppard's Joe Elliot in the 'Down and Outz'.

📻 So, just after his move and recent interview at the Texas guitar show, Paul's been offered his own radio show stateside "PAUL GUERIN'S ROCK 'N' ROLL BASEMENT"! Expect the spinning of classic rock choons and some of the stories from behind the scenes. There's sure to be Lizzy bangers a-plenty, and maybe the lowdown on a few of the characters...

Recognised with an official PRS/Billboard award as Britain’s Hardest Working Act in their category, and featured in the BBC’s critically acclaimed ‘Arena’ documentary series, Limehouse Lizzy’s influence extends beyond the stage. STIL(TON) IN LOVE WITH FROME…

🎸 Limehouse Lizzy (that’ll be us then😉) return to THE CHEESE & GRAIN, FROME on June 5th. As you know, we’re a full live tribute to Thin Lizzy, featuring their Greatest Hits including The Boys Are Back in Town, Jailbreak, Rosalie, Whiskey in the Jar and, er…Sarah. If you have a ‘z’ in the spelling of your first name. And you still use a coal fire. And if you’re willing to pay £5 more per ticket.

Can’t say fairer than that 🤔

🧀 The C&G is a beast of a venue! Deriving its name from when it was a market hall where farmers sold cheese, grain and agricultural produce (well, spritz my afro - who’d have guessed?😯), the obvious thing would be for us to start with those ‘corny’ name-related gags. But our act is as ‘gouda’s' any, we’d advise you get some ‘bread’ together and grab a ticket, as we’ll b-edam-ned if tickets don’t fly out quick-sharp, as they always do at this illustrious (is that how it’s ‘spelt’?) venue.

🌾 So, bring your gran, ‘Arry and anyone else you can think of who’d be down for a bit of hoe-down...
