💃 WHERE CAN YOU FIND ME THIS WEEK? ❤️

My Zumba with Mon community classes are still having their little summer break… but not for much longer! 👀🔥

I’ll be sharing my NEW timetable very soon – with more times, more locations and even something new! 😍

But if you fancy a little dance with me this week, you can find me at Better Leisure Centres across Cardiff:

📍 TUESDAY
❤️ 11:30am – Western Leisure Centre – my regular Zumba class
❤️ 6:00pm – Fairwater Leisure Centre – I’m covering!

📍 WEDNESDAY
❤️ 12:00pm – Llanishen Leisure Centre – my regular Zumba class
❤️ 7:30pm – Maindy Leisure Centre – I’m covering!

So plenty of chances to come and shake it with me this week! 😂💃🔥

✨ MEET MON MONDAY ❤️

Well… the summer holidays are nearly over and I’m not going to lie… I’m quite ready for a bit of routine again! 😂🙌

But this summer has been really different for me. ❤️

For the first time in years, I didn’t have a full-time job to go back to, and I also decided to pause my own classes for August and give myself a little bit of time with my kiddos. 🥰

And actually… we’ve had such a lovely summer. ❤️

We had a beautiful holiday together, squeezed in some little day trips, made memories, had lazy days, busy days and plenty of the usual family chaos in between. 😂

It definitely wasn’t a summer of getting everything on my to-do list done… but maybe that’s okay. 🤷‍♀️😂

Sometimes the things that don't get ticked off can wait. The kids being little can't. ❤️

And now… I’m getting VERY excited for September! 💃🔥

This week I’ll finally be sharing my new Zumba with Mon timetable! There are still a few classes and locations to be confirmed, but hey… CARDIFF, I’M COMING! 😂❤️

And something NEW… Fitness Pilates is officially joining my timetable too! 🧘‍♀️❤️

I’m excited, slightly nervous 😂, but mostly just really looking forward to getting back out there and building this little community even more.

And behind the scenes, I’m busy working on my NEW SEPTEMBER TIMETABLE and I’m soooo excited! 🥰

September is going to bring more than just my much-loved Zumba classes… I’m officially adding Fitness Pilates to the timetable too! 🧘‍♀️✨ Think core, strength, mobility, stretching and that lovely feeling of doing something good for your body.

And I’m thinking about adding even MORE… 👀

🔥 Zumba Step – Zumba + step = legs, cardio & FUN!
💪 Zumba & Lift – dance mixed with strength training
💛 Zumba Gold – a slower-paced, lower-impact Zumba class, perfect for beginners, 50+, anyone returning to exercise or simply wanting something a little gentler. We’ll work on balance, strength, mobility and, of course, still have a dance and a laugh!

🏔️☀️ Mountain air, breathtaking views, sunshine… and even a solar eclipse! 🌒✨ What an amazing little break! 🤍

And of course… I couldn’t go away without dancing! 😂💃

This song has been playing NONSTOP in my car for the last few weeks 🎶
Imagínate… bailando pegadito con la luz de la luna… 🌙💃

With views like this, it would have been a shame NOT to dance to it! 😍 A little bachata, a little eclipse magic and, of course, some Zumba energy! 🔥

And yes…I know I’ve had a few little breaks lately! 🙈 But holidays are officially DONE for now and I’m ready to get back to dancing with you! ❤️

💃 From next week, all my Better Leisure Centre classes are back to normal!

My Grange Pavilion classes will stay paused until the end of August while I work on something exciting… 👀

✨ A NEW timetable is coming! ✨
I’m working on new weekly classes, different formats AND some monthly classes/events too. 💃🧘‍♀️🔥

I’ll be sharing everything very soon!

For now… enjoy the view, enjoy the bachata… and hopefully I’ll see lots of you back on the dance floor next week! 🥰💃

💃💪 CARDIFF LADIES & MUMS — I NEED YOUR HELP! ❤️

I’m working on my new September morning timetable and I want to create affordable community classes that actually work around YOU — especially those of you doing the morning school run! 🥰

I’m currently looking at:

📍 Grange Pavilion – Grangetown
📍 Trinity Centre – Adamsdown
📍 Fairwater Social Centre – Fairwater

The idea is to run two 45-minute classes back-to-back — come to ONE or stay for BOTH! 🙌

What would you like to see?

💃 Zumba + Fitness Pilates
🔥 Zumba Step + Fitness Pilates
💃 Zumba Step + Zumba

What time would work after the school run?

⏰ 9:15am
